About Us

Job Description

This is a leadership position that involves overseeing the development of scalable web applications, backend services, and cloud-based platforms.

You will be responsible for the technical architecture, team leadership, and product delivery, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers (Python, React.js, Node.js, etc.)
  • Drive technical excellence, code quality, and best engineering practices
  • Define and implement scalable system architectures for high-performance applications

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience with Python Fullstack applications and microservices-based architecture
  • Knowledge of database structures, backend APIs, and frontend performance optimization
  • Able to manage agile development processes, ensure timely delivery, and high-quality products
  • Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices (OAuth, JWT)
  • Proficiency in logging, monitoring, and alerting tools
