Job Description

Seeking a Technical Lead for ServiceNow Development

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and enhance our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in IT service management, discovery, integration, and service catalog development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow platform
  • Implement ITSM workflows and manage modules like incident, problem, change, and request management
  • Develop and customize Service Catalog items, forms, workflows, and approval processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, and custom scripting

Proficiency in APIs, REST, and SOAP

Knowledge of ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules, Flow Designer, and Agile practices

ServiceNow certifications a plus

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
