This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global organization as an Operations Associate. The role involves working closely with the marketing and supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers: Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer interaction: Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  • Market expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  • Follow-up: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
  • Active listening: Strong active listening skills.
  • Time management: Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Objection handling: Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • CRM tools: Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
