IT Asset Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
About the RoleThis role involves managing IT assets, ensuring their efficient utilization and reducing waste. We are looking for an individual with hands-on experience in SDP/Service Now tool, who can handle asset management tasks efficiently.
- Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in SDP/Service Now tool.
- Expertise in issue handling related to asset management, asset scan, deletion, movement, and classification.
- Ability to raise cases with OEM when required.
- Strong team management skills and excellent communication abilities.
- ITIL Process and MySQL is an added advantage.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
