Product Management Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Specialist to lead the development of our product roadmap and ensure a seamless process from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, particularly in automotive product development with a focus on electric vehicles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product roadmap.
  • Prioritize product features and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Gather and integrate customer feedback into product planning and development.
  • Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Align cross-functional teams around the product vision and execution plan.

  • Make trade-off decisions to balance customer needs with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, particularly in automotive product development with a focus on electric vehicles.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of customer needs and product design principles, proven experience in fast-paced, growth-driven environments, excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
