Structural Engineering Lead Position

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Structural Engineer to oversee the design of complex structures and lead our structural engineering team.

This is a leadership role that requires technical expertise, strategic direction, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing structural engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery of engineering designs within quality and cost parameters.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Achieve project milestones and deadlines by providing strategic direction and technical guidance to the structural team.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and review structural designs for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures, validating design assumptions against applicable international and local standards.
  • Optimize structural systems and materials to meet project requirements.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RCDC.
