Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to provide structural design and engineering inputs for Social Infrastructure projects.

  • Provide structural design and engineering inputs for Social Infrastructure projects (schools, hospitals, community centers, sanitation facilities, water supply structures, etc.).
  • Review and finalise structural designs, drawings, and detailed estimates.
  • Carry out structural analysis and ensure compliance with International Building Codes and applicable international standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other specialists to ensure integrated design solutions.
  • Assess foundation design, load calculations, earthquake-resistant design, and durability aspects.
  • Prepare design basis reports, structural BOQs, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct a review of project deliverables from a structural perspective.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and support capacity building.
Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in structural engineering design for buildings and social infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000).
  • Knowledge of IS codes, IRC standards, and international guidelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
