Lead Our Engineering Team as a Hands-on CTO

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Technology Leader who will spearhead our engineering team while actively contributing to the development and scaling of our messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Development: Design, develop, and scale our SMS/WhatsApp API & campaign platforms.
  • Technical Architecture: Architect and manage high-performance APIs, distributed systems, and database optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a lean team (backend, frontend, QA).
  • Infrastructure Optimization: Ensure 99.9% uptime, security, and cost optimization of infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in backend/API-heavy systems.
  • Strong coding skills in PHP/MySQL, plus exposure to Node.js/Go/Python.
  • Experience with high-scale messaging, API security, queues, load balancing.
  • Prior startup/leadership experience preferred.
