Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing the tendering process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire tendering process, including research, planning, and execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Prepare and submit high-quality bids that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the scientific community.
- Strong understanding of Indian tendering systems, including GeM, CPPP, and state portals.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interpret specifications and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender portals.
