Senior Engineer

Talent500 is hiring for a key position to drive the next generation of finance transformation.

As part of our Global ERP Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering solutions across ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and Transaction Matching, supporting automated reconciliations, compliance, and global financial reporting accuracy.

You will combine functional expertise with technical build skills (configuration, reporting, integrations) and work with a team shaping the ERP/EPM landscape for one of the largest telecom enterprises in the world.

1. Configure and Optimize ARCS: Configure and optimize ARCS for balance sheet reconciliations and automated matching of high-volume transactions.
2. Implement Transaction Matching Rules: Implement Transaction Matching rules and automation for bank, sub-ledger, and intercompany reconciliations.
3. Develop Dashboards and Reports: Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into reconciliation status, compliance, and exceptions.
4. Build and Maintain Key Delivery Artifacts: Build and maintain key delivery artifacts: Configuration Documents, Functional Design Documents, Technical Design Documents.
5. Partner with ERP Teams: Partner with ERP (Fusion GL/AP/AR/CM) teams to deliver integrated reconciliation processes.
6. Support Integrations: Support integrations via Data Management and OIC for ERP–EPM–third-party systems.
7. Ensure Full Lifecycle Coverage: Ensure full lifecycle coverage through SDLC implementation methodology – development, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and post-deployment support.
8. Provide Production Support: Provide production support, resolve incidents, and drive performance optimization.
9. Mentor Engineers: Mentor Engineers, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with engineering standards.

• 5-7 Years of Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud with ARCS/Transaction Matching delivery.

• Reconciliation Automation: Knowledge of reconciliation automation, variance analysis, and compliance reporting.
• Finance Process Understanding: Understanding of finance processes including GL close, reconciliations, sub-ledger to GL tie-outs, and intercompany balancing.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with OIC, Data Management, OTBI, Smart View.
• Agile Ways of Working: Agile ways of working (JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD exposure).

• Oracle Certifications: Oracle Certifications (ARCS / EPM) are preferred, and team members are expected to complete certification as part of their growth and to support delivery excellence.
• Additional EPM Modules: Exposure to FCCS, EDMCS, EPRCS, or additional EPM modules.
• Scripting Skills: Scripting skills (SQL, EPM Automate).
• Global Compliance: Experience with global compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Cross-Domain ERP Knowledge: Cross-domain ERP knowledge (GL / AP / CM / Projects).
