Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Institutional Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and maintaining existing relationships with institutional clients. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background in ion exchange resins, 5-10 years of experience in sales of chemicals, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team of sales professionals is also essential. Additionally, you should be proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP/CRM software and willing to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.
