
Dining Operations Supervisor

Description:
The Dining Operations Supervisor is responsible for the overall success of our dining operations. This includes managing daily restaurant operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage employees to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas.
- Review staffing levels to meet operational needs and financial objectives.
Leadership Skills:
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Encourage teamwork and mutual respect among staff members.
- Identify developmental needs and coach staff to improve performance.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, exceeding their expectations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
- Empower staff to provide excellent customer service.
Hiring Criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in food and beverage industry.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with hospitality industry software and systems.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
