Project Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and data governance policies.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and third-party vendors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce project management with a techno-functional background.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM including configuration, customization, workflows, and process builder.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience in managing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
