Operations Manager

The Project Management Office (PMO) is a key component of our organization, responsible for overseeing and guiding projects from initiation to completion. As an Executive in this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project portfolios, and developing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery Team to identify new demands and work on project execution related operational matters, including invoicing, contract renewals, Statement of Work (SOW), and pricing exercises for new deals or amendments.
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Team to facilitate recruitment and hiring of new employees.
- Maintain accurate high-level dashboards and track key metrics.
- Lead regular calls with stakeholders and publish meeting minutes and status reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Drive business decisions and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop and implement new processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance project delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience in PMO.
- Experience working with IT services companies is essential.
