About the Role

Seeking an expert in cybersecurity and networking to support security policy migrations across major NGFW platforms.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge of NGFW platforms, including Palo Alto, Cisco FTD, FortiGate, and Check Point.

  • Migrate Security Policy
  • Analyze and Troubleshoot Post-Migration Issues
  • Ensure Consistent, Secure, and Functional Firewall Configurations
  • Collaborate with Tool Development Teams
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Escalations
  • Verify Functional Equivalence
  • Raise and Track Vendor Support Cases
  • Contribute to Documentation
  • Interface with Customers

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 3-8 years of experience in firewall configuration and troubleshooting
  • Strong technical knowledge of NGFW platforms
  • Familiarity with policy and object modeling
  • Experience in writing test cases and plans
  • Strong understanding of networking and security concepts
  • Excellent debugging and root cause analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification: PCNSA, CCNA (R&S), NSE-1
  • Exposure to firewall migration automation tools
  • Understanding policy normalization and risk scoring tools
