Job Title: Senior Technical Writer

We are seeking an experienced technical writer with a strong background in creating and maintaining product documentation. This includes user manuals, guides, and knowledge bases.

The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences. They will be responsible for crafting high-quality technical content that aligns with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals and guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accurate representation of product features and functionality.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert-level content.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the networking/telecommunications domain.
  • DITA/Oxygen tool knowledge and an educational background in computer science.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
