Program Management Role

The position requires data collation and reporting efforts using tools like JIRA, Clarity, and Power BI. It also entails maintaining program documentation (roadmap, project plans, etc.), dashboards, and release calendars.

The successful candidate will facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance meetings. They must communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional programs with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operations, development, architecture teams for timely delivery.
  • Drive data collation and reporting efforts using JIRA, Clarity, and Power BI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management across cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certification.
  • Experience in cloud migration, automation, or infrastructure programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Tools & Platforms:

  • JIRA – for project tracking and communication.
  • Power BI – for reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Clarity – for capacity planning and time logging (if applicable).
  • Confluence – for documentation and collaboration.
