ServiceNow Developer Position

About this role:

  • We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team.

Description of Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow out-of-the-box solutions, with extensive hands-on experience. Additionally, they should have good hands-on experience in creating custom catalog items, in-depth knowledge of service catalog development, and automation of workflows. The ideal candidate will also possess good experience in creating custom UI pages and reports/dashboard, as well as experience in handling UI views and customizing them accordingly.

  • Hands-on experience with third-party & web services integration (SOAP and REST) is required.
  • Strong technical skills on web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS) are essential for administration of a ServiceNow instance, including delegation of groups, workflows, Script Includes, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and others.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of ITIL framework experience, able to work in Agile software development environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be proactive, and have the capacity to learn and work independently. ServiceNow certification is a plus.
