Enterprise Integration Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to lead our team in India. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
This role involves leading the integration squad, driving migration to a modern middleware architecture using SoftwareAG WebMethods, and designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions.
- Lead and Mentor Team Members: Define goals, ensure timely delivery, and guide the team through transformation.
- Migrate from Legacy Solutions: Drive migration from BizTalk/custom solutions to SoftwareAG WebMethods.
- Manage APIs and Middleware: Manage API & Middleware (Azure APIM, WebMethods API Gateway).
- Design and Maintain APIs: Design and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, orchestrations, and workflows.
- Ensure Integration Security: Ensure integration security (OAuth, JWT, SAML) and compliance.
- 5–8 years in WebMethods, BizTalk, API Gateway & integration solutions.
- Expertise in API development (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, messaging protocols).
- Strong skills in APIM, BizTalk Server, SQL Server, Docker/Kubernetes, Azure Service Bus, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
- Coding skills: C#, JavaScript, or Python.
- Knowledge of microservices, ESB, BPM & workflow automation.
