Job Title: Technical Lead-Data Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead-Data Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of large-scale data engineering projects from planning to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Design and implement efficient data architectures, including data warehouses and lakes.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise-level Data Engineering roles.
  • Expertise in OLAP design and deep understanding of data warehousing concepts: star/snowflake schema, ETL/ELT processes, normalization/denormalization, and data modeling.
  • Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, including joins, window functions, and optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake: warehouses, data ingestion with snow pipe, external integrations, working all types of views & tables, UDFs, procedures, streams, tasks and serverless, data masking.
  • Experience with Snowflake-specific features, including clustering, partitioning, and schema design best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
