About This Role:

To deliver comprehensive training and oversee the student journey for achieving high-quality outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Training Sessions on IT.
  • Understand Basic Hardware & Software Concepts. (Computer Components, Operating Systems, Application Software)
  • Master MS Word Essentials like Page Layout, Printing, Headers, Footers, and Mail Merge.
  • Familiarize Yourself with Basic Internet Skills such as Web Browsing, Email Creation, Online Shopping, etc.
  • Learn About Cloud Storage Solutions - Google Drive, OneDrive.
  • Explore Online Meeting Tools - WebEx, Skype.
  • Utilize Remote Desktop Tools - TeamViewer, Any Desk, Ammyy.
  • Advanced Excel Knowledge is a Must.
  • Apply Cell References, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, AND Functions, Data Validation, etc.

Necessary Qualifications:

A Graduate/Postgraduate Degree is Required.

  • Prior Experience of at Least 1 Year as Faculty or Trainer is Essential.
  • Relevant Industry Experience (1-3 Years) or Aspiring to Build a Career in Teaching can Apply.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills are Vital.
  • A Strong Ability to Mentor, Coach, and Counsel Students.
  • Prior Experience as a Faculty/Trainer/Instructor is Desirable but Not Mandatory.
  • Student Enrolment and Placement for the Course/Batch.
