Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners. This includes creating curriculum and SOPs for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, VM basics, and claims guardrails.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing multi-format content such as decks, playbooks, 2-min videos, role-plays, and quizzes in Hindi and English.
• Running train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, and roadshows, including monthly masterclasses.
• Partnering with NPD/R&D to translate INCI and benefits into accurate demos, ensuring compliant claims.
• Setting up LMS/trackers, publishing training calendars, and reporting impact using dashboards.

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

• 6–10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training, with a track record of leading pan-India TTT programs.
• A strong grasp of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain INCI and shade science simply.
• Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English, with excellent facilitation and on-camera presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
