  • Identify opportunities to upsell premium packages and add-on services, promoting awareness of our platform's comprehensive offerings.
  • Provide education on additional publishing services like cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options to help users achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting users, gathering insights from user interactions, and reporting key findings to inform product improvements and enhance the user experience.

  • Fluency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous) to engage with users and provide personalized support.
