Job Title: Strategic SME Business Growth Lead

The objective of this role is to drive business growth strategies and execution for Small Medium Enterprise (SME) businesses in the region. This involves developing, implementing, and managing strategic plans aligned with the division's objectives, ensuring high performance standards and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create yearly business development plans for SME clients in line with the bank's strategy for the region.
  • Achieve set targets in yearly budgets for new and existing clients and manage budget and financials related to these targets.
  • Formulate regional growth strategies for various products offered by the organization and collaborate with the Product Development Team.
  • Manage people and teams, including career management, coaching, and mentoring of critical talent in the team.
  • Develop recruitment and resourcing strategies, such as location strategies.
  • Review and coordinate quality principles and processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a strong understanding of business growth strategies, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage teams effectively. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business growth and development.
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing budgets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
