Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Security Managed Services Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing a managed service to clients, ensuring their security infrastructures and systems remain operational.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing NAC solutions, working with Windows, Linux, and Unix environments, and hands-on experience in commissioning and implementing NAC solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive monitoring, identification, investigation, and resolution of technical incidents and problems.
  • Review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreement (SLA).
  • Contribute to project work as and when required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency with management NAC.
  • Experience in working with Windows, Linux, Unix environments.
  • Hands-on experience in commissioning and implementation of NAC solutions and integrating with various management and authentication authorization tools (email, AD, IAM, SIEM).
  • Experience in automating processes using scripting, configuration (SOAR) tools.
  • Experience in managing policies and exceptions.
  • Experience in packet capture, analysis, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Product knowledge of NAC solution.
  • Incident, problem, service request management, change management, configuration management & capacity management of NAC Setup.
Academic Qualifications:

Applicants must possess the following academic qualifications:

  • B.E, Btech (Except Mechanical, Civil and aerospace).
  • No 3 years degree program eligible.
  • MCA is eligible.
  • Certificate - PCNSE.
