Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Associate to support IT asset management operations.

  • Support daily operations of client-supplied software asset lifecycle, including handling software-related requests and queries from internal teams, projects, clients, and spreading process awareness.
  • Ensure accurate processing of software Inventorization documentation and audit support activities.
  • Maintain and update Excel-based reports for tracking and analysis.

Required Expertise:

  • A basic proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions are crucial.
  • Good time management and attention to detail are vital.
  • An understanding of IT asset lifecycle and compliance workflows is necessary.

Special Skillsets:

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and request workflows is beneficial.
  • Organized and detail-oriented individuals with the ability to manage multiple tasks are preferred.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and maintaining team harmony is desirable.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous.
  • Software Asset Management (SAM) Certification is also preferred.
  • ServiceNow Fundamentals certification is beneficial.
  • ISO 27001 Awareness certification is recommended.
