Finance Career Guide Counselor

We are seeking dynamic and empathetic professionals to guide learners towards rewarding careers in finance. As a career advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping learners unlock high-growth opportunities in the BFSI domain through industry-recognized programs like Investment Banking, Financial Modeling, and Accounting.

  • Engage with leads generated through campaigns, webinars & website inquiries.
  • Understand learner goals and recommend the right course fit.
  • Pitch premium programs and certifications that boost employability in finance.
  • Build strong rapport via calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Own and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, career counseling, or consultative roles.
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
  • Experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings (preferred).
  • Understanding of finance, investment banking, or accounting careers (a plus).
  • Proficient with CRM tools and lead tracking.
  • Goal-driven with a passion for learner success.
