About the Role

As a Program Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding learners through their educational journey. Your primary goal is to understand the needs of potential students and provide them with information about our programs that can help them achieve their career goals.

This involves working closely with warm leads via phone and email to offer personalized advice and support. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information and build trust with potential students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the education sector. They should also be comfortable making frequent calls and emails to connect with potential students and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising learners on how our programs can meet their career objectives
  • Building and managing a pipeline of leads that have expressed interest in our programs
  • Providing detailed information to interested learners via phone and email
  • Guiding learners through the enrollment process
  • FOLLOWING UP AND BUILDING URGENCY WITHOUT BEING PUSHY

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or consultative selling, preferably in International Edtech markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong phone presence
  • Comfortable making 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Growth Mindset and ability to implement feedback
