We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Project Director to spearhead the delivery of corporate workspace projects.

Reporting directly to the senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from inception through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Oversight

You will assume full ownership of projects, from initial conception stages through each phase until project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Multifaceted Project Coordination

Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging your expertise in effective project planning and management.

Project Development Planning

Create comprehensive project plans, implementing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

Site Management and Supervision

Oversee site operations, managing vendors and contractors to ensure optimal project outcomes.

Vendor Network Building

Develop and maintain a strong network of trusted vendors, focusing on specific regions to support project requirements.

Leadership and Communication Excellence

Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to effectively manage teams, foster collaboration, and drive project success.

Exhibit superior communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A proven track record in managing corporate workspace projects, including interior fit-out projects.
  • A degree in Engineering or Architecture, with relevant work experience.
  • Possession of construction management/project management certifications is highly desirable.
  • Extensive knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Tech-savviness with a successful history of adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
