About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic business professional to work closely with senior leadership. This role focuses on project management, reporting, and customer engagement tracking, ensuring visibility and alignment across sales initiatives.

This is not a front-line sales role but a strategic business position designed for someone who has sales experience which is must and can translate complex business inputs into executive-ready reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and design executive-level presentations for customer meetings, leadership sessions, and reviews.
  • Consolidate and analyze customer engagement data across sales teams and units to present a unified view to leadership.
  • Prepare weekly/quarterly business reports by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track key programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Support senior leadership in decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Engineering/Technical background is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Mandatory sales experience (exposure to customer-facing environments).
  • Strong expertise in presentation software and Excel (data representation).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced projects.
