Position Summary:

This role will assist in managing technical projects, driving deliverables, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and product goals. You will gain valuable experience in project management, including planning, execution, and communication with stakeholders, while working closely with engineers, product managers, and other key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning & Execution: Assist in defining and executing complex projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring all technical milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and product teams to understand requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track progress and provide clear updates to stakeholders. Help manage project timelines, resources, and priorities.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and identify opportunities to improve team processes and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in project management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
