Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility and growth through influencer partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that meet our business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across social media platforms.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators aligned with our brand identity.
  3. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure ROI-driven collaborations.
  4. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) of influencer campaigns.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer content aligns with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
