The Product Quality Assurance Professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring that high-quality products are delivered, supporting development teams throughout the product development and deployment process. Their primary focus is to test products, assess their general quality, optimize processes, and evaluate the software lifecycle to guarantee customer and end-user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough product testing to ensure quality and end-user satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and ensure quality assurance of products before they become available to customers.
  • Perform both manual and automatic testing.
  • Identify and report bugs in the products.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggest optimizations for the products.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
  • Deliver high-quality products on time.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience with SAP solutions, including successful product lifecycle management.
  • Experience in quality assurance of products throughout the full implementation lifecycle.
  • Experience with SAP systems, including implementation and utilization.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP project lifecycles, methodologies, architecture, and support models.
Key Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a project team.
  • Capability to create and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM solution, SAP SuccessFactors, EAM, Retail solution, SAP Cloud Platform/BTP, and custom development.
  • Expertise in DevOps for Test Automation using multiple platforms such as Azure, Jenkins, AWS, GCP.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Solution Architecture.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, implement resolutions, and measure results.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and establish critical priorities.
