Litigation Associate

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our litigation team. The role involves working closely with senior lawyers and clients on diverse litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in strategy formulation and case preparation.
• Liaise with clients and keep them updated on case progress.
• Ensure compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams for case-related support and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures.
• Effective communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with sound problem-solving ability.

How to Succeed:
