Key Responsibilities:
  1. Action passenger names records, issue refunds, air tickets, drive hotel & car invoices etc. using global distribution systems like Sabre.
  2. Read and interpret fare rules in global distribution systems, fare sheets, and apply them while issuing tickets.
  3. Ensure service level agreements by timely actioning passenger names records and maintaining excellent quality along with high productivity.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding expectations while ensuring effective teamwork.
  5. Maintain an eye for detail with high focus on quality and controls, and be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A graduate with 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Degree/Diploma in Travel - Air Fares & Ticketing.
  • Strong knowledge of global distribution systems, MS Office (Excel), multi-tasking, and effective time management skills.
