Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and support to site leaders.
",">- Develop and maintain accurate financial reports and forecasts, including STRAP, AOP, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Collaborate with the financial operations team to optimize financial processes and improve business performance.
- Work closely with site finance leaders and leadership teams to drive financial initiatives and process improvements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation within the organization.
- Three-year college degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least seven to ten years progressive finance and accounting experience required.
- Minimum of seven to ten years experience in financial management or similar site finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance, cost efficiency, and financial recovery plans.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets, along with the ability to develop visualizations using Slides or similar tools.
