Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the team in identifying and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
Responsibilities:- Assist in creating job postings and distributing them across various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Bachelor's degree 2024 pass out and MBA is preferred.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
