Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Products Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services tailored for HNI and institutional clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs on wealth management products and services.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to new Relationship Managers, helping them integrate smoothly into their roles and understand product offerings.
  • Monitor and follow up on RMs' progress, ensuring they achieve business objectives and become profit centers in the shortest possible time.
  • Assist RMs in preparing for relevant industry certifications and compliance requirements, offering resources, study plans, and coaching.
  • Teach RMs effective pitching techniques and client engagement strategies, focusing on relationship building, trust, and value-based selling to HNI and institutional clients.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and remedial training where necessary to help RMs overcome challenges and enhance their skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in wealth management, financial products, or similar domain.
  • Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HNI and institutional client needs and relationship-building strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial products and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with certification requirements and compliance standards within the wealth management industry.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about developing others.
