We are seeking a seasoned Data Science Architect to join our AI team.

Job Description:

An experienced professional with expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and software engineering is required to build cutting-edge AI solutions. The successful candidate will design and develop production-grade AI/ML models using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Sklearn, and experience in model deployment, monitoring, optimization, and cost control while ensuring best practices for responsible AI, model explainability, and fairness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop intelligent AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen.
  • Architect and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-agent systems.
  • Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for domain-specific use cases.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4 – 8 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist.
  • Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and quality checks using tools like Pandas, Numpy, Polars.
  • Hands-on experience in Prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning, Vector databases and memory integration.
