Job Description:

As an Executive Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and preparing traditional South Indian dishes with a focus on authenticity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Menu Planning: Participate in or lead the creation of menus, including seasonal and regional dishes.
  2. Ingredient Sourcing and Management: Select and manage ingredients to ensure freshness and availability.
  3. Kitchen Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  4. Inventory Management: Keep track of ingredients and supplies, managing stock rotation and preventing spoilage.
  5. Training and Mentoring: Assist in training junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and recipes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
