Is responsible for quantity and quality control in food production overall sanitation of assigned areas
Performs pre-service meetings with team and completes production process by inputting post production numbers in FMS
Overseeing cleanliness of the food production areas in line with work schedules, policy and legislation as dictated in the FSMS
Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
Keeps up with peak production and service hours
In collaboration with the Executive Chef, researchers and designs new menu plans for various food service programs and customer populations, specifically focusing on current culinary trends and heart healthy cooking
Acts as lead person in the production area
Knowledge of patient diets
Directs and coaches food services and production staff as assigned
Performs all main line food production duties
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
