Network Technology Manager

As a Network Technology Management Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing new technology rollouts, scope expansion, and readiness of the team from a technology standpoint.
Key responsibilities include managing SOPs, knowledge documents, KB articles, implementing technical methodology improvements from past failures and learnings, and coordinating with vendors and industry experts to improve existing environments.
- Technological Infrastructure Planning: Identify opportunities for improvement in existing networks and propose solutions that align with business objectives.
- Restoration and Resolution: Troubleshoot network issues, decide on actions required to resolve them, and implement resolution steps while updating tickets regularly as per defined processes.
- Triage and Escalation: Support L3 Network SMEs in troubleshooting complex issues, coordinate with 3rd party network vendor technicians, and maintain inventory of network equipment and links.
- Process Compliance and Reporting: Gather information from vendors, customers, and analysis to update tickets regularly, prepare detailed reports on plan of action for existing tickets, and track ticket SLA adherence.
