Job Title: Third-Party Risk Management Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our third-party risk management efforts. As the Director of TPRM, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized risk management solutions that meet the needs of large and mid-sized organizations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic initiatives for TPRM solutions by engaging with potential clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Develop tailored risk management frameworks in accordance with client objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Provide expert insights to senior leadership regarding the integration of TPRM solutions into broader organizational strategies.
  • Interact directly with senior stakeholders to communicate best practices in TPRM and share valuable industry knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience in risk management, specifically in third-party risk management initiatives. Proven hands-on experience managing complex outsourcing relationships and contracts within regulated environments is essential. In-depth understanding of key TPRM regulations relevant to heavily regulated business sectors is crucial.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as risk management or finance.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
  • Leveraging industry-leading technologies to enhance TPRM processes and improve overall efficiencies.
  • Investigating and reporting on the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics within the TPRM landscape.
  • Leading training sessions and workshops on TPRM best practices for stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the TPRM program.
