We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Security Operations and Identity Management team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity with experience in leading high-performing teams and implementing innovative security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the architecture and design of security solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of security technologies to enhance the overall security posture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve security awareness and training programs for employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, business management, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3+ years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and implementing innovative security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, including risk management, threat intelligence, and incident response.
  • Experience with cloud-based security solutions and DevSecOps practices.
  • Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GSEC, etc).
