Senior ETL Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex data integration solutions using Fivetran, Matillion ETL, and Qliksense.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with hands-on experience in Fivetran, Matillion ETL, and SQL. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain complex data integration solutions using Fivetran, Matillion ETL, and Qliksense
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data processing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data integration solutions
  • Maintain and improve existing data integration processes and infrastructure

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in data integration/ETL development
  • Strong working knowledge of Fivetran, Matillion ETL, and SQL
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse)
  • Familiarity with data modelling techniques (star schema, snowflake schema, slowly changing dimensions)
  • Exposure to Qlik Sense or other BI platforms (dashboard integration, data prep)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT, Control-M)
  • Familiarity with Python/JavaScript for custom transformations or APIs
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance
  • Exposure to DevOps/CI-CD for ETL (Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
