Business Excellence Partner Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor frameworks to ensure consistent adoption across regions or verticals.
  • Analyze performance data to identify operational weaknesses and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights to drive localized improvements.
  • Support commercial performance by conducting audits of customer contracts, assessing risk related to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with Sales and Solution Design teams.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a solid understanding of commercial contracts and pricing structures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
