Job Title: Engineering Executive

Are you an experienced engineer looking for a challenging role in a dynamic industry? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional results and leading teams to success?

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Executive to join our team. As an Engineering Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, coordinating with various departments to identify and implement process improvements, and overseeing maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate daily engineering staff briefings with the Chief Engineer
• Assist in distributing work assignments and ensure safe work practices
• Supervise and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote efficient operation and proper preventative maintenance
• Review workflow and propose improvements to increase efficiency
• Coordinate with contractors to execute maintenance and repairs in accordance with health and safety policies
• Be conversant with hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures
• Comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management

Requirements:
• Diploma in EEE (Electrical) or equivalent qualification
• Electrical C License
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including air-conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance, and plumbing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with hotel operations and maintenance practices preferred
