About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Zenwork, Inc.

The Opportunity:

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our B2B SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Design and execute campaigns that drive high-quality leads, increase conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
  • Marketing Funnel Optimization: Own the entire marketing funnel, from top-of-funnel lead generation to bottom-of-funnel conversion optimization.
  • Digital Channel Management: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, content syndication, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Performance Metrics: Analyze and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, content syndication, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
