  • Role: Inventory Management Specialist in a Retail Environment

We are seeking a skilled QA Professional with expertise in SAP inventory management processes within retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute test scenarios for goods movement, stock transfers, and physical inventory updates across distribution centers and stores.
  2. Validate inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
  3. Test SAP configuration elements such as movement types, valuation classes, and storage locations to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Perform backend testing for material documents and accounting entries to ensure data integrity.
  5. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression cycles to ensure efficient replenishment and shelf-level availability.
  6. Experience with IDoc/interface validation, batch job monitoring, and reconciliation logic is highly valued.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of SAP inventory management processes and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
