Regional Category Expert Job Description

The Regional Category Expert plays a vital role in driving the company's mission of delivering exceptional education to every child by leading school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the expansion of test prep services by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company's mission.
    • Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
      • Support school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
        • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the company's goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
          • Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
          Ideal Experience Profile:
          • 8-10 years in new client acquisition with 2-4 years in team leadership roles.
          • Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required.
          • Excellent skills include new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing the deal.
          • Ready to travel across the given Territory / Zone
